Lee visited and we got on with some tasks.... he's looking butch but on his knees... as usual
working my rag joint - it took us hours to get three washers on either side of the boss to push the prop forward... it's offical we're crap!
So then we successfully and relatively swiftly removed the clutch cross shaft brackets ( which took us days to put on ) and slipped out the clutch cross shaft and removing the side valence - so the car looks a bit naked. But i do think it's an ideal opportunity to give it a bit of a tart up
and here's the spigot bearing now....thoughts fellow fettlers
Your godson liked your 'fans' photo but wasn't convinced it was you.........Bit concerned about photo of spigot bearing - is it fully located in the flywheel now?

The rag joint is all a bit kinked so my thinking is that when the car is started up then it'll move forward somemore....I guess I'm slightly worried about the nose not being in enough... But I think I have to wait til the cross shafts are ready and back in before starting the car up....the clutch pedal is currently wired in position so pretty dodgy to start it?

But do you remember in the hotel car park in Bolzano 2009 we put more washers in then we ended up taking them out again.... Was it because we hit the toggles?
