Three wheels on my wagon

Now there was an occasion when the front far side wheel left the car and since that time I anxiously check the bolts that hold the front wheel on. So when I took it apart this time one of the bolts appeared to be sheered and was turning. Marked in blue paint ( blue paint so I can match the holes back up putting it back together) The hub is held on by a series of plates
So JB removed the old posts and put new threads for the posts through to the back plate, had to file them down a bit so they didn't catch. For extra safety the heads are drilled so they can be lock wired ... Tickets boo
