In prepartaion for the MOT. The RHS headlight wasnt working.  Stupidly I thought it was a bulb.... NOT. Bought some nice new bulbs  from Auto eectric supplies.  http://www.autoelectricsupplies.co.uk/ and then realised I had to get help !  the car husband visited and he worked out that inside the bayonet fixing the wire was touching the metal case- so shorting out.  Managed to get through 7 fuses to get to this diagnosis.   But we actually got the dip switch working and changed a few dodgy old fixings... 

and whilst we were on the elctrics he put in three  more strip lights so the palce is lit up like a christmas tree
