Manifold repair part 2

We offerred up the manifold to the studs and unfotunately it meant we had to make adjustment which means we need to rebuild the lug up at the corner of the flange again.  Its complicated to get it right without the car as a template.  so ill need to take it back to Cast Iron welding for more work.  The gasket shows how much additonal space is avilable next to the plate on the side of the engine.  We went on a test drive today but it's cracked it already.
