Petrol tank all shiny and back on

Jon returned this weekend with the pimped up tank afer the work done by Mark Roper at Pinchcliffe engineering. Here's a picture of FN hubby on his knees as he tightens up the petrol feed connections

and here's pictures of the cleaned up carrier with a new plate to protect the botton of the tank, and new strips of rubber foam taped in place to securely hold the tank.  Jon got a nice piece of cork from Mark to replace the worn out seal (is that an old DAT bodge?) on the top of the tank of the petrol pick up feed line
